Levinson Sceptre Gen II - Arlington Standard SA1 Blonde
The Levinson Sceptre Arlington Standard is steeped in tradition. It is a guitar of a 1000 voices – it sings, snaps, snarls and bites. The Arlington body has the hard edge form so strongly associated with this instrument with a belly cut on the back to reduce weight and increase playing comfort.
The North American Alder body gives the Levinson Sceptre Arlington Standard a warm bite with balanced mids to accent the brightness. The North American hard Maple neck features a Maple fingerboard which has a 240mm/9.5” radius and a real bone nut.
The pickups are custom wound for balance and bite. The Levinson pickups are a balance set with ALNICO 5 magnets. The T-E1N neck pickup is fat and full for punch and great balance with the bridge pickup in the chunky middle position and the T-E1B gives you the classic bite abd power to cut through with brightness and solid midrange.
The Arlington Standard has a Wilkinson WOT03 bridge with individual saddles for great intonation and attack.
Put some twang in your step.
